In your city: Loan Against Property in Delhi NCR

How much can I get against my property?

Lenders lend a percentage of the property's market value, set by their own valuation, and also check that your income can carry the EMI. The percentage varies by lender and by property type; we compare it across lenders for your case.

Why does a loan against property take longer than a personal loan?

Because the lender checks the property as well as you: a legal check of the title documents and a technical valuation. Having the complete property papers ready is what saves the most time.

Can I keep using the property?

Yes. You keep living in it, running your business from it or letting it out. The lender holds a mortgage over it until the loan is repaid.
