These terms apply when you use mycreditbankers.com or ask Credit Bankers to help you
with a loan. By using the website or our services you agree to them.
What we do — and do not do
Credit Bankers is a loan advisory and processing firm. We help you choose suitable lenders,
prepare and submit your application, and follow it up. We are not a bank or an NBFC and we do
not lend money. Every loan is decided by the lender: whether it is sanctioned, the amount, the
interest rate, the fees charged by the lender and all other terms are the lender's decision alone.
We cannot guarantee that any application will be approved, or how long a lender will take.
Our fee
We charge a service fee for arranging a loan. The amount is agreed with you before we start
work. This is separate from any processing fee, interest or other charges the lender may apply,
which the lender will tell you about.
Your responsibilities
- Give us information and documents that are true, complete and your own, or that you are
authorised to share.
- Read the lender's sanction letter and loan agreement carefully before you sign; they are
between you and the lender.
- Tell us promptly if your details change while your application is in progress.
Calculators and information on this website
The EMI and eligibility calculators give estimates only, based on the numbers you enter. Your
actual eligibility, rate and EMI are set by the lender. Information about loan products and
government schemes such as CGTMSE and Mudra is general guidance and may change; we confirm the
current position for your case before you apply.
Liability
We take care in the advice we give and the applications we prepare. We are not responsible for
a lender's decision, for delays caused by a lender or third party, or for loss arising from
information you gave us that was untrue or incomplete.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, have
jurisdiction over any dispute.
