Do you lend the money yourselves?
No. We are loan advisors: we match you with banks and NBFCs, prepare and file your application, and follow it up. The lender assesses your application and decides the sanction, amount, rate and terms.
Do you charge a fee?
Yes, a minimal service fee for arranging your loan. We tell you the exact amount and agree it with you before any work starts, so there are no surprises later.
Is my information safe with you?
Your documents are kept in a private system that only our team can open, and we use them only to work on your loan application.
Do you only work in Ghaziabad?
No. Our registered office is in Ghaziabad, but we arrange loans for customers in cities across India.
Will talking to you or using the calculators affect my credit score?
No. A formal application to a lender usually includes a credit check, which is recorded as an enquiry on your report. That is one reason we shortlist the lenders that fit before applying, rather than applying to many at once.
What documents will I need?
Every loan starts with PAN, Aadhaar and a photograph. The rest depends on the loan and on whether you are salaried or self-employed — pick your loan in the Loans section above to see the full list.
How long does it take?
It depends on the loan and the lender. Unsecured loans such as personal loans are usually the quickest. Loans against property take longer because the lender runs a legal and technical check of the property. We tell you what to expect for your case on the first call.
Can I move my existing home loan to a lower rate?
Yes — that is a balance transfer, often with a top-up. You will need your current loan's sanction letter, a recent repayment statement, a foreclosure letter and the list of documents your current lender holds.
What is CGTMSE?
The Credit Guarantee Fund Trust for Micro and Small Enterprises guarantees a bank's lending to eligible micro and small businesses, so the bank can lend without collateral. Udyam registration is required. Cover and fees follow the scheme's current rules, which we confirm with the lender for your case.
Can I apply if my credit score is low?
Often, yes — some lenders accept lower scores, sometimes at a higher rate or for a smaller amount. Tell us honestly where you stand and we will tell you honestly what is realistic.
